SHIPPING POLICY
Please allow 1 to 3 business days for your order to be processed. Once your order is processed & your credit information verified, your order is shipped within 7 business days unless you pay separately for expedited overnight services such as FedEx. Upon shipping, you will be notified by the e-mail address you provide when your order has been shipped along with the tracking information. You will receive an email confirmation alert with shipping status and when your order is out for delivery and when delivered.
Please remember that you must be available to sign for your package and it must be the same address as your billing address. Many times this might mean that you have to pick up your package from the post office.
International shipping takes anywhere from 7-14 business days for delivery.
Express Shipping Orders placed with Express Shipping by 12:00 pm (noon) ET will ship by the next business day once the order is processed. Express orders usually arrive the following business day after the ship date. Express shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, rural routes and remote locations usually arrive within 3 to 4 business days after the ship date. Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
Unavailable Stock If an item you have requested is out of stock or otherwise unable to be shipped, we will notify you via email of your options. If we do not receive a response within 3 business days, we will call to confirm the issue with your order. If our attempts to contact you are met with no response we will simply cancel your order and refund your payment method within a week of your order date. Please be sure to check your spam folders for any correspondence, or mark Canyon Falls as an accepted sender.
Daizabeauty is not responsible for return shipping costs. Every shipping has to be paid by the customer, even if the item had free shipping in the first place, the customer has to pay for the shipping in return.
Once received the payment will ship out in 24 hours,during the COVID-19 outbreak normally 3-5 business days for shipping.
